Maker’s bio
Originally from South Africa, Mel made Liskeard her home in 2017. She had studied art twenty years earlier, and, inspired by the landscapes of Cornwall and by her own cultural heritage, her passion for painting returned. She is now based in Liskeard’s Old Brewery indoor market, where she paints and teaches painting.
